Return-to-Duty Testing for CDL Holders & Owner-Operators

 CLEARPATH supports CDL holders and owner-operators in completing Step 5 Return-to-Duty testing and Step 6 Follow-Up Testing Plan of the Return-to-Duty process. We connect you with a dedicated Return-to-Duty Testing Coordinator who schedules and oversees your drug and/or alcohol test, coordinates directly with the laboratory and Medical Review Officer, and ensures all required documentation is properly maintained, helping you move forward toward returning to safety-sensitive duty.

If you are a CDL holder or owner-operator who is not currently working and needs to complete Step 5 of the Return-to-Duty process, CLEARPATH can assist you.
